Solid Solution Strengthened Ni-Cr Alloy System
Provides excellent mechanical strength and structural stability at elevated temperatures, ensuring reliable weld performance in demanding service conditions.
Excellent Arc Stability for SMAW Process
Delivers a smooth and stable arc with good control, making it suitable for manual welding operations, especially in field and maintenance applications.
Resistance to Hot Cracking
Offers strong resistance to solidification cracking, particularly in highly restrained joints and during thermal cycling, ensuring defect-free welds.
Stable Microstructure under Thermal Cycling
Maintains metallurgical stability under repeated heating and cooling cycles, reducing the risk of microstructural degradation and extending service life.
Good Slag Detachability and Weld Appearance
Produces easily removable slag and clean weld beads, improving welding efficiency and reducing post-weld cleaning time.
Strong Resistance to Oxidation and Corrosion
Provides excellent resistance to oxidation at elevated temperatures and protects against general corrosion, pitting, and stress-corrosion cracking in aggressive environments.
Suitable for Out-of-Position Welding
Performs well in vertical and overhead welding positions, making it ideal for on-site repair and installation work.
