Precipitation Hardening · Matches 17-4PH · Manufacturer Direct · Custom Options Available
ER630 is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel solid wire, designed for MIG, TIG, and SAW welding of 17-4PH, 15-5PH, and Type 630 stainless steels. The wire contains 17% chromium, 4% nickel, plus copper and niobium to form strengthening precipitates during heat treatment.
The weld metal offers excellent strength, hardness, and corrosion resistance. It can be used either as-welded or after solution and aging heat treatment.
Our ER630 is manufactured under strict quality control and complies with major international standards.
Are you looking for a manufacturer of high-strength, corrosion-resistant stainless steel welding wire?
Our ER630 wire strictly meets AWS A5.9 ER630 and AMS 5825 standards, suitable for MIG, TIG, and SAW welding of 17-4PH, 15-5PH, and Type 630 stainless steels. But unlike other suppliers, we offer:
✅ Custom chemistry – Adjust Cr, Ni, Cu, Nb content to meet special corrosion or heat treatment requirements
✅ Flexible packaging – Plastic spools, layer coils, TIG cut lengths, vacuum packs from 1kg to 200kg
✅ Wide size range – Diameters from 0.2mm to 3.2mm
✅ OEM accepted – Your brand, private label, neutral packing, or custom printed spools
In addition to ER630 welding wire, we also manufacture pipes, plates, bars and forgings in the same 17-4PH (UNS S17400) grade.
Whether you need bulk orders, trial production for special projects, or private-label wire, we respond fast.
