ERNiCrMo-10 | C-22 Filler Metal | UNS N06022 Wire
ERNiCrMo-10 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum welding wire specifically designed for Hastelloy C-22 (UNS N06022) applications. It is also widely referred to as C-22 filler metal, NiCrMo-10 welding wire, or UNS N06022 welding consumable.
It is the preferred welding filler metal for C-22-based corrosion-resistant systems, especially in environments involving strong acids, chlorides, and mixed oxidizing-reducing conditions.
Compared with general nickel-based filler metals such as ERNiCrMo-3 and ERNiCrMo-4, ERNiCrMo-10 offers enhanced resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, making it suitable for the most aggressive chemical processing applications.
