ERNiCrMo-3 is a high-performance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy welding wire designed for TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding of Inconel 625 and similar high-temperature alloys. With outstanding corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, it is widely used in petrochemical, power generation, aerospace, and heat-treatment equipment manufacturing, especially in high-stress, elevated temperature, and aggressive environments.
Ø Superior Corrosion Resistance: Excellent performance in chloride environments, seawater, and acidic process media.
Ø High-Strength and Toughness: Exceptional tensile strength and ductility, even at elevated temperatures.
Ø Stress Corrosion Cracking Resistance: Ideal for chemical processing, offshore, and high-pressure applications.
Ø Thermal Stability: Maintains structural integrity at high temperatures for long periods.
Ø Optimized for Automated Welding: Perfect for TIG and MIG welding processes, ensuring consistent and smooth welds.
Ø Reliability in Harsh Environments: Perfect for seawater exposure, chlorides, acidic chemical environments, and high-pressure systems.
Ø Industry-Leading Mechanical Properties: Designed for high-temperature service, it retains its strength and toughness under demanding conditions.
Ø Versatile Applications: Used in offshore structures, marine equipment, desalination systems, chemical reactors, and high-pressure piping.
