High Temperature Performance · Alloy 602CA Matching · Oxidation & Carburization Resistant
ERNiCrFe-12 (UNS N06025) is a nickel-chromium-iron filler wire developed for welding Alloy 602CA and similar high-temperature alloys. With high chromium content and controlled aluminum addition, it provides excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and metal dusting in severe furnace and petrochemical environments.
The weld metal maintains good creep strength and structural stability during long-term exposure to elevated temperatures, making ERNiCrFe-12 suitable for ethylene cracking furnaces, heat treatment equipment, and other high-temperature components. The wire is available for TIG and MIG welding with stable arc performance and consistent weld quality.
